A: We have access to vehicles that cover the majority of transportation needs from motorcycles to trailer vehicles

A. Whilst we do not currently operate any credit card payment services, we do have many other flexible payment methods. We pride ourselves on offering flexible options to meet the needs of our customers.
Q. Can I have an account with you?
A. We understand that to be in business we have to protect ourselves against risk, which is why we will ask you to complete a short account form. A standard credit check is administered and once approval is received we will set up a credit account.
Q. Do you operate at weekends, public holidays and out of normal hours?
A. By nature of our business we run a 24/7 operation, please do not hesitate to call us with your request
Q. Will you deliver my goods the same day?
A. Yes, we are a sameday delivery company, although we do offer a variety of other services tailored to your needs
Q. What geographical areas does UC Logistics International cover?
A. We are based at a film studios in Surrey, but have experience in moving consignments globally. We will listen to your request and offer you a variety of options so you can choose the one that best fits your requirements
Q: Do UC Logistics International provide a proof of delivery?
A: Yes. For every shipment we handle we provide e-mail/text/phone call confirmation when your goods are delivered, complete with the name, time and date.
Q: We have a highly decorated cake that needs to be collected from London (SW1) and delivered to Manchester (M8), can you handle this?
A: Yes, we can offer you a collection within the hour, the vehicle will then travel directly to the address in M8 and complete the delivery, our price will be £315.00 (plus VAT) or, if this is something that fits in with one of our suppliers vehicles that is returning to Manchester, our price will be £175. We will always try to pass any savings onto our customers.
Q: I have just won a slimline dishwasher on a well known auction website, can you collect this from Cardiff and deliver it to Glasgow?
A: We are able to collect within 90 minutes and deliver directly to Glasgow but you will be charged per mile for an approximate delivery mileage of 400 miles, unless we can find a vehicle that is returning to Glasgow from Cardiff that will offer a much cheaper, but less flexible, option.
